BIOFACH INDIA 2023 (6-8 September I Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) - Leading Trade Fair for the Organic Industry in India, is organized by NürnbergMesse India under the aegis of Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India and aims to connect all the key players from the Organic and Natural Industry on a single platform.

2023有機農產品驗證稽核員培訓系列課程

活動地點-國立國立東華大學(壽豐校區)

為強化東部在地農產品驗證管理與發展需求,提升整體驗證人員數量及能力,東華大學農業驗證與服務提升中心(本中心)本年度規劃辦理有機農產品驗證稽核員培訓系列課程,包括、稽核員專業訓練(已於 2022 年辦理 1 梯次共 65 小時)、ISO主導稽核員訓練(本年 9 月初辦理)、實地稽核作業(7 月起陸續辦理)。本次續辦2023稽核員專業訓練-初階班,因應東部在地及驗證機構人力需求開設,課程類型包括:a 有機農產品適用法規、國內外驗證制度(有機法規),b 農產品產製儲銷過程和技術之相關知識(農產品知識),c 查核(稽核)技巧、方法與案例分析(稽核技巧)等 3 類。室內課程計 3 日(共 20 小時),及稽核案例實習 2 場(每場 8 小時);通過本課程者,得優先納入後續系列課程之參加條件。如日後有意擔任有機農產品驗證稽核員者,可參考稽核人員應符合資格之相關要求。

Sometimes, organic alone is considered as standard for food production, while regenerative agriculture as an adaptive management approach that is supported by soil health principles. Regenerative organic agricultural practices incorporate management principles focused on land management to sequester carbon in the soil and prioritize welfare of farm animals and fairness for farmers and workers. In this presentation, we will be discussing its services such as soil nutrient cycling, carbon sequestration, abundant microbial communities, and healthy crop production.
